WWW Wednesday (July 4)

WWW Wednesdays is a weekly meme held over on Should be Reading. To play along just answer the following questions.

What are you currently reading?

My book club chose In a Sunburned Country by Bill Bryson, author of A Walk in the Woods and I’m a Stranger Here Myself

What did you recently finish reading?

Smoke & Mirrors held up to all of my eerily wonderful expectations of Neil Gaiman.  There were a few stories in it that weren’t my favorite, but the last one (an interpretation of Snow White) will stick with me for a long time.

I also read Flash Gold, a steampunk novella, by Lindsay Buroker.  It was first exposure to steampunk … reminded me of a reverse time Tank Girl adventure.

What do you think you’ll read next?

The Woman in White by Wilkie Collins is on my tbr list for a challenge this year.  I’m crossing my fingers.

Share your reads here and post them to MizB’s blog, too.  Happy reading!

  1. The Woman in White sounds interesting – I didn’t expect it to be a Victorian novel. Why did you choose it?

  2. All are new to me, so I’ll be checking them out!
